Media Credenza
A marriage of sustainability and art was the driving force behind this media credenza. The credenza was intended to be used to house media components and a flat-panel television. In order to meet the needs of this project and provide visual appeal we gave the credenza a colorful burst of interest by incorporating the patination of steel and copper. Built from sustainable materials, including: bamboo plywood with a water-based finish, environmentally friendly (low VOC) patina, scrap metal steel and copper, and MDF with no added urea formaldehyde, this media credenza scores very high on both the eco-friendly and the design scale.
